Supply Chain was identified as one of the main differentiating capabilities and growth enabler in HOLDAL, so TERCEL was born in April 2020 with the aim to distinguish itself in our market as a Third Party Logistics Preferred Partner.
This transformation will require high automation, upgraded infrastructure, equipment and best in-class capability accordingly we invested in technology and acquired two powerful logistics systems to build our capabilities.
We understand that new technologies play a crucial role to improve visibility across the end-to-end supply chain as well as enhance our customer experience so we are in the process of launching Tercelogistics.com for our customers and the end users to have full visibility and traceability to their orders through our tracking module.
